What is your purification process exactly?
Our water is first drawn from aquifers fed by the Chikaskia River, the only pristine river left in Kansas. It is then purified through a process of carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, and ozonation. The carbon filtration is a special type of a sediment filter and R.O. membrane, which filters all particles to one micron. It is then ozonated to further sanitize it - all of this gives you one of the purest forms of drinking water available.

Do you also have distilled water?
Yes, we also carry steam-distilled water. It is first softened and then filtered through carbon and coconut filters to pull out any additional hardness. Finally it is steam distilled and ozinated to give you the purest water available.

What size of bottles to you have?
We have many sizes to meet your needs - 16.9 ounce, 20 ounce, one liter, one gallon, three gallon, and five gallon.
Steam distilled comes in 1, 3, and 5 gallon bottles.

What kind of new customer discounts do you have?
When you order two 5-gallon bottles and rent a water cooler, you receive the water in one of the bottles free (bottle deposit still applies).
If you refer someone and they begin service, you receive a free 5-gallon water.
